The SBN1206 project is located in the District of San Borja, Lima. This is a project of My Home group, with whom we have been working on several EDGE projects. The project has been designed to use the least amount of energy and provide thermal comfort to building’s occupants. Additionally, it will have greenery in roofs and surrounding the project, as well as bicycle parking lots to encourage alternative transportation.
