SUMAC provided Natturale Inmobiliaria with Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services. We ensured that the SEED multifamily building in Lima obtained the MIVIVIVIENDA SOSTENIBLE Grade III certification.
Some of the sustainable strategies implemented included energy-saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, fiber optic cables, and an expanded waste management and recycling plan for the project.
Another highlight is that this project has a green roof and common areas such as a gym, a children’s area, and an entertainment area to promote its occupants’ welfare.
