The corporate building, developed by the Swiss Capitals Group, takes full advantage of the opportunities offered by local materials for a correct selection of finishes and sustainable materials within the project. Emphasis was placed on the selection of materials with regional and recycled content; as well as the use of paints, adhesives, sealants and coatings that have low contents of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
The objective of having a green area in the building achieved vegetation with low water consumption. This is irrigated under a drip irrigation system through a recycled water treatment plant. SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining LEED certification, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as consulting, verification (M & V) and supervision during the construction stage.
