Corporate office project which repowering a new business area in the city of Quito. The building has considered implementing various sustainable design strategies such as the selection of efficient glass to optimize the performance of energy systems, the emphasis on the use of natural lighting versus internal luminaires, the selection of materials with regional content and recycling for its structure and interiors, among others. The building also provides vast free areas and a green roof area to promote biodiversity and interaction between the various occupants of the building.
SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining the LEED certification of the project, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as advice and supervision of the LEED theme during the construction stage.
