Torres K is an exclusive project for residential use composed of three (3) towers of 21 stories high each. It will have large social areas, among which are swimming pools for adults and children, gymnasium, tennis court, miniature golf, game room, cinema and meeting room. The Project is located in Puerto Colombia, Atlántico, in a tourist area with constant urban renewal.
Torres K is strategically located so that a renewal of natural air is generated, as well as saving faucets and hydrosanitary devices, LED lighting and good practices of sustainable construction. SUMAC was in charge of the LEED certification process, Energy Modeling, Fundamental and Improved Commissioning and the process to obtain the Tax Benefits of the project.
