The project is a residential building, which is made up of 2 basements + 1 semi-basement + 4 stories high + roof terrace, it has 15 apartments. It is located on Calle Jr. Trinidad 226 in the Chacarilla del Estanque urbanization in Borja. The Project will have parking for bicycles, large terraces with gardens; Likewise, saving taps and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, motion sensors and more sustainable construction practices will be used. SUMAC is in charge of the EDGE construction certification process.
