Description

SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services for the residential building Ulix in Lima, Peru. This project comprises residential and commercial uses. It is a 15-story project plus a rooftop and parking. SUMAC ensured that Ulix building obtained the LEED v4 BD+C NC pre-certification.
