The Insignia building is located on a 1,716 m² lot and has 9 floors and 5 basements which total 15,125 m². It has a capacity for 200 people, the library is located on the 3rd floor, the graduate classrooms are located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors, the work of the building is complex and varied. The building has offices and an auditorium, which are located on the 8th and 9th floors, this is a flagship building for the USIL that is contemplating the LEED GOLD level certification, for which it has incorporated requirements such as, water saving, efficiency energy and aspects of indoor environmental quality.
