Valenti is a 31,000 m2 social housing project (VIS) with two towers of 20 floors each. It will have green areas for the occupants and a very complete set of common areas consisting of a spa for pets, a gym, a bicycle workshop, study and game rooms, a nursery, among others. Naturally common areas, it will use saving sanitary appliances and taps to achieve a saving of 24%, LED lighting and lighting control in common areas, good construction practices among other sustainable strategies. Valenti obtained the Preliminary Certificate in Design EDGE in design thanks to the advice of SUMAC.
