SUMAC is in charge of the design for de new RGR Lot 39 Office & Warehouse Facility of approximately 9,216 s.f. and associated site improvements.
The building is to be a post framed wood structure building (FBi) with insulated metal walls and metal roof system. Additionally, the building will have a finished interior composed of metal liner panels and OSB painted wainscot at walls with plumbing, electrical, and water connections and services.
