The C194 project is composed of 7 underground parking spaces and 10 office floors. The project was designed and will be built under criteria of sustainability and energy efficiency.
Its location is strategic within the city of Quito very close to an Eloy Alfaro Ecovía transport station. Among the sustainable features of the project are: parking for bicycles and efficient vehicles, reduction of use of drinking water through efficient faucets and toilets, efficient irrigation through AALL collection and most materials are regional. More than 90% of regularly occupied areas will have exterior visuals and natural lighting. Will consider Low-e glasses.
