The Link Tower office building located in Santiago de Surco, consists of 17 floors and was built in 2010. The diagnosis made determined the current sustainable characteristics of the building and the changes necessary to achieve the desired energy savings, improve the system of ventilation and extraction, perform common waste recycling practices and use non-toxic cleaning products to meet the requirements of the LEED certification.
SUMAC performed the complete diagnosis for the LEED for Existing Building Operations and Maintenance certification, including the energy assessment according to the Energy Star standard.
