Los Robles is April Real Estate Group’s residential project.
It is located in Surquillo, five minutes away from the Financial District of San Isidro, providing access to several main avenues for better connectivity. This residential building has 15 floors, roof and 4 basements. We worked with the Bono MiVivienda Sostenible certification, to get 82.71% energy savings by intalling LED luminaire and implementing other energy-efficient strategies. Additionally, 6.32% water savings were achieved.
