San Fernando is a residential building within the Miraflores District in Lima, Peru. The Technical Code of Sustainable Construction of Peru was applied and complied with ordinance 510 of the district’s law. Among the most relevant sustainable features of the project is the gray water treatment for reuse in irrigation and solar collectors for water heating.
