SUMAC collaborated with our consulting services in Sustainability and Energy Efficiency for the Velasco Astete residential building in Santiago de Sucro, Lima. The project has 9 floors with a rooftop terrace. SUMAC’s team of professionals helped the project obtain EDGE certification. Velasco Astete is part of the company’s commitment to supporting sustainable development, implementing energy and water-saving technologies such as external solar shading devices, LED lighting in common areas and outdoor spaces, photovoltaic panels, and water-saving plumbing fixtures.
