SUMAC provided Energy Efficiency and Sustainability consulting services for the ENGIE office building in Lima, Peru. It is a 4-story building project. On the first level, there is a lobby, while the other three levels have meeting rooms, workspaces, document reception, auditoriums, a foyer, restrooms, and electrical rooms. SUMAC helped the project achieve LEED v4 ID+C:CI Silver certification.
