It allows optimizing lighting, taking advantage of aspects such as sunlight, and
reduces the need for heating systems, controlled natural ventilation, sustainable
materials, and other techniques used to save energy and increase the comfort of
its occupants. It also takes into account the natural resources available in the
space considered, such as air currents, the sun and other sources of energy
found in the area.
