At SUMAC, we provide our Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services for the Hanan project in Lima. The project is an apartment complex. SUMAC collaborated to obtain the Programa Mivivienda Sostenible Grade III+ certification for the project.
Sustainable strategies were implemented, such as the installation of low-flow faucets and toilets, automated irrigation systems for green areas, energy-efficient lighting, natural gas-efficient heaters, and a photovoltaic system. It’s worth noting the use of eco-materials like solar cement, steel with recycled content, and low-VOC eco-color paint.
