At SUMAC, we provide our Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services for the Latir 490 project in Lima. The building is a residential apartment complex. SUMAC collaborated to obtain the Programa Mivivienda Sostenible Grade III+ certification for the project.
Several sustainable strategies were implemented, including the installation of a wastewater treatment plant for irrigation of green areas, a photovoltaic system for electricity generation, and a green roof.
