Madrid 167 is a residential building in the District of Miraflores in Lima, Peru, that counts with 42 apartments. Due to the selection of efficient sanitary ware and taps, high levels of water were saved. Additionally, it also has gray water treatment for reuse in irrigation. Concerning to energy-saving solutions, the interior lighting utilizes LED equipment. The building’s finishes include high reflectance on the roofs, 40% green roofs and gardens in the retreat. The project complies with law 510 of the Miraflores district for sustainable buildings in Lima, providing bicycle parking lots and space for waste segregation.
