The “Oficinas Grupo M” project is located on the 17th floor of the LEED-certified building “Leuro” in the district of Miraflores, city of Lima, Peru.
The building provides bathroom appliances for water saving, has low consumption kitchen accessories, all finishes have low VOC content and the floors, carpets and ceilings have recycled content.
The lighting will be natural and artificial, and it will be efficient.
