The Prime office building developed by the company Nuevo Mundo presents one of the most innovative and modern architecture in the entire city. Due to the selection of glass and installation of highly efficient equipment, the building is emerging as an icon of energy efficiency. The building has chosen to implement a landscaping project that increases the area free of interaction between building users; It protects the natural habitat and encourages the use of native plants and low consumption. In conjunction with the implementation of a wastewater treatment plant, the project reduces its use of potable water for irrigation use by 100%.
