SUMAC was in charge of Project Management and Construction Supervision for the new Store
of Decathlon Colombia located in Mall Plaza Shopping Center in the city of
Manizales.
During the project, we supervised and coordinated the activities carried out by the
contractors responsible for civil work, lighting, flooring, security, and control,
electrical, RCI, HVAC, signs, report of construction activities, and events
relevant and decisive in the project’s development.
The store has a total surface area of 1,378 m2 and a usable area of 1,319 m2
for sales, thanks to the excellent management of the SUMAC team and the construction contractors.
It was developed in a period between March 5th and April 5th of
2023, and there were savings of 4% compared to the initial budget provided by
Decathlon.
