SUMAC provides Project Management and Technical Inspection services at the new location of the Open Plaza Shopping Center, located in Piura, Peru. Their responsibility is to supervise the construction of the new premises in its habitable shell stage, as well as oversee a new boulevard, a warehouse, and a new commercial area.
SUMAC’s tasks include project quality assurance, schedule management, cost management, contract administration, communication management, stakeholder management, procurement management, and coordination. Additionally, it provides project supervision and ensures workplace safety and health.
The project covers an area of 957.56 square meters, and thanks to the excellent management of the SUMAC team and the contractors, it is expected that the work will be completed by December 2023.
