SUMAC was the LEED certificacion consultant for the L’Óreal Production Plant located on the outskirts of the city of Bogotá. Our services also included energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as advice on the planning of measurement and verification plan (M&V) and supervision during the construction and design stage.
We worked together with the Colombian consulting firm INGETEC.
