Oak partners was looking to relocate from rented space into their own standalone building. The new site was designed for a 2 level building with over 6,000 s.f. of space. The design had to conform to the strict Crown Point Broadway corridor design standards and blend in the commercial corridor. The space included multiple private offices, major conference room, marketing, reception and support spaces on the lower level.
