SUMAC provided architectural & engineering services for the design of a two-story, 15,400 s.f. building that houses the Richport Medical Center in Schererville, Indiana.
SUMAC provided land procurement assistance, entitlement presentations and approvals, A/E, and construction management services. Municipal approvals were granted to provide adequate on-site parking for over 30 exam rooms.
The anchor tenant is a 4,200 s.f. TruCare medical office. The project has over 9,000 s.f. of available tenant space for medical spaces.
