Our team also monitors the construction of sustainability features and assists in securing sustainability benefits and data. We execute energy modeling and commissioning in-house to better support our clients’ projects.

Pre-Construction Phase

  • Identify programming requirements

  • Assist with selection of design team
  • Estimate costs for projects and proposed change orders
  • Technical construction review of design concepts and project specifications
  • Create sustainability and green building goals and potential impacts on project

  • Analyze total cost of ownership, value engineering, and market availability

Construction Phase

  • Assist with selection of contractors and vendors
  • Contract administration of contractors and vendors
  • Manage construction process including project approvals 
  • Manage and control documents
  • Document and coordinate communications and meetings
  • Change management and cost control 
  • Process Green Building certification documentation 
  • Control monitoring, testing, and inspection of construction quality 
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing 
  • Document and coordinate construction payment requests

Close-out Phase

  • Compilation of close-out documentation
  • Commissioning of the building and systems
  • Warranty review and verification
