Construction Management

Since 2007, SUMAC has helped clients with sustainable local and multinational construction management projects.

SUMAC’s years of experience as construction management company has helped us design a philosophy that integrates sustainability, urbanity and global cultures while delivering complex projects on time and on budget. We are capable of working locally while also executing executing multiple projects in North and South America for clients like L’Oréal and Johnson & Johnson to produce LEED and EDGE certified buildings.

Our versatility as construction managers extends from our deep experience with architecture, sustainability and development. Our team is multicultural, bilingual and globally trained. We are a proud minority-owned MBE construction management company.

We always discuss goals, budgets and sustainability opportunities with our clients at the start of a project.

We believe strongly in a hands-on approach to managing the resources, materials and schedule for construction. Our team is ready to help our clients identify where problems might arise and how to resolve them before they affect the project’s budget or schedule.
