It is characterized by its design focused on saving electricity, close to 20%, and water consumption, around 25%, maintaining interior comfort above the values required by LEED and the ASHRAE standard, avoiding the emission of pollutants throughout the construction and operation process. Among other characteristics, the air conditioning equipment does not use refrigerants that affect the environment and its installation was supervised following the respective standards.
On the other hand, the office lighting takes advantage of natural environments through the windows that surround the entire room together with the presence and light / day sensors that improve its use.”
