The building is located in one of the most important avenues of the city of Lima, as well as the heart of the financial center of the city, San Isidro.
The project has considered implementing sustainable design strategies such as the selection of efficient glasses that help the project to save energy, the location of all parking spaces in basements, the inclusion of bicycles and changers for project users, the waste collection area, selection for recycling at the operations stage and a LEED signaling plan according to a green educational plan.
SUMAC is the advisor for obtaining LEED certification of the project, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as advice on planning of measurement and verification plan (M & V) and supervision during the construction stage.
