SUMAC provided Construction Management and Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Consulting services to the new Chicago Family Health Center in Chicago, Illinois.
The new medical building contains 23 examination rooms, 2 rooms for mental health consultation, 9 spaces for dental operations and various flexible spaces for the delivery of therapy and education sessions.
The health center achieved LEED Silver level certification. Chicago Family Health Center trusted us to take care of their interests throughout the construction process, and as their sustainability consultants, to improve the environmental and economic performance of their project.
