SUMAC was the advisor for the LEED certification.Parque La Colina Shopping Center is one of the most important retail projects built in Colombia. It is located in the residential sector of Colina Campestre in Bogota. From the design stage, sustainability levels for the project have been improved between bioclimatic design and natural ventilation in common spaces for the use of air conditioning systems. Likewise, the project expects to achieve a high level of energy efficiency, without neglecting the comfort it expects to offer its visitors and occupants.
