Description

SUMAC was the advisor for the LEED certification, Energy Modeling and Commissioning Fundamental and Improved of the educational building Cedro Rosado of the Pontifical University Javeriana from Cali. The macroproject is composed of five (5) blocks, of which the first is the Cedro Rosado building. Therefore, the project opted for the LEED for Campus v4 certification, where the Master Site that covers the macroproject is already It is approved by the certifying body U.S Green Building Council. Cedro Rosado obtained the LEED for New Construction v4 Gold level certification through sustainable practices in its facilities such as the inclusion of solar panels, efficiency in electromechanical equipment, saving hydrosanitary devices and a bioclimatic design that allows the comfort of its occupants.
