The Villa Per Se Primary project is part of a LEED master plan that we work with the school looking for the best sustainable conditions for children. This project managed to develop connectivity systems with the city through access to public transportation and basic services. In addition to energy, Villa Per Se Primaria achieved 48% energy savings through a highly efficient lighting and sensor system. Among other important building features, achieved 75% daylighting and over 90% access to quality views in regularly occupied spaces.We have to mention that the school has a gray water treatment plant for irrigation and flushing toilets and sewage for composting
