SUMAC provided LEED consulting services for the construction of a new student housing tower in Evanston (Northwestern University). The services also included Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning and Energy Modeling. The project sought LEED Silver certification. Building systems include fire detection and suppression, energy management control, lighting & daylighting controls, and standard HVAC systems.
