A/E services were provided by SUMAC for this new speculative strip center just south of Dyer, IN in a rapidly growing commercial area. This is the first for 2 building planned for the site. The 11,000 s.f. building accommodates up to 8 tenants and was sited to accommodate a drive through window for a “fast food” type tenant.
