The Dreams project is an exclusive 20-story building strategically located in the Magdalena district, where you can enjoy full accessibility, connection to main roads, shopping centers, supermarkets, schools and more.
SUMAC worked together with the company BINDA in this project to achieve compliance with the Bono MIVIVIENDA SOSTENIBLE grade 2+, achieving a water saving percentage of 17% and an energy saving percentage of 14%.
Some of the sustainable strategies applied to the project is the choice of low consumption taps and toilets, bicycle parking, LED lights in all departments and energy efficient electric heaters and the use of eco-materials.
Additionally, bioclimatic strategies were used to mitigate solar radiation through terraces in the apartments to provide solar protection inside the environments.
It is worth mentioning that the building has common areas such as a terrace with barbecue area, swimming pool, equipped gym, coworking room, children’s room, multipurpose room, bar room and pet area. These common areas provide a recreational space for building users where they can recreate and interact with each other.
