The LOS ANGELES project is pre EDGE certified. It has been considered to use solar protection elements in its facades, high reflectance materials in the final roof and terrace floors, LED lights in all common spaces and open areas, and solar energy generation in the building. In addition, it has selected highly efficient equipment with respect to its consumption flows, a gray water treatment plant for flushing toilets and irrigation, and a landscaped design with low consumption native plants. Finally, the architectural design has wide and flexible spaces, access to quality natural lighting, and a common use space for the segregation of recyclable waste.
