The Value multifamily project includes 26 apartment units distributed over 7 levels. It includes two basement parking levels as well as storage spaces. The building is located in the Santiago de Sucro district in Lima.
The project will include green terraces, bicycle racks, energy-saving faucets, water-saving plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and other sustainable construction practices. SUMAC ensured that the Value building project obtained EDGE certification.
