Verde Vivo CEIBA was part of an urban development of two sustainable apartment towers. This project is a representative milestone for housing projects in the region because it connects habitable spaces with natural spaces. It has a forest of about 500 trees, a cycle path, a parking cycle, and a club within its facilities to enjoy various outdoor activities. Besides, it offers open spaces, a panoramic terrace with wet areas, an entertainment center, rooms for art, and children’s events. SUMAC was in charge of obtaining the LEED Gold // LEED New Construction certification within LEED for Campus. So the Master Site is also certified.
