Becerra 252 is a residential building located in an exclusive area within the Miraflores district in Lima, Peru. This project holds the EDGE pre-certificate and obtained 29% in energy savings, 54% in water savings, and 50% in energy savings embedded in materials. Among other sustainable features, this project will employ high-reflectance materials in the roof, terrace floors, and bicycle parking lots.

The building will use renewable energy to distribute hot water among the apartments. A water treatment plant will be installed for irrigation and flushing toilets. The landscape design will be composed of native plants with technical irrigation.
