SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services for the residential building Cordoba 134 in Lima, Peru. It is a seven-story building project with 14 apartment units plus parking. SUMAC collaborated to ensure the project obtained the EDGE pre-certification. Different sustainable strategies were implemented to save water, such as installing water-saving faucets and sanitary fixtures.
