TERRAVERDE is an eco-friendly project, EDGE Pre-certified. It makes use of LED luminaires and presence controls in common indoor and outdoor area, reducing energy consumption in these spaces.
Additionally, the building will install sanitary equipment of low water consumption and water-efficient landscaping with low water consumption, to save water and reduce the frequency of gardening maintenance on the project.
In regards to the amount of glass on the roof, the appropriate area was calculated to balance solar radiation and natural light entry to the building in order to achieve high indoor environmental quality.
