Panelo is a closed residential complex, developed by the construction company Jaramillo Mora in the municipality of Palmira, on Calle 58 between Carreras 30 and 31. Composed of 122 houses, of which 46 have an area of 104 m2 and 76 an area of 114 m2. The project will have a swimming pool for adults and children, a well-equipped gym, a children’s play area, a club house, pedestrian paths, a multiple recreational court and a BBQ. Its residential units will have highly efficient lighting, energy-saving plumbing fixtures and natural ventilation.
