Grimaldo 430 is a multi-family building located in the Miraflores District, Lima. It obtained the LEED Pre-certification, due to several of its sustainable characteristics such as its location with access to diverse uses and public transportation. The project is estimated to achieve 35% savings in water by reusing water for irrigation processes, and 17% in energy savings by optimizing lighting design.
